• Fax, photocopying, print - 0,50 zł/page
• Breaking the smoking ban - 400 zł

At the request of the Guest, the SNFP - Independent Phonografia Polska Association - makes available to the guest free of charge a TV receiver for his own personal use, for the period of stay in the Hotel.

Booking conditions

• Reservations are made in writing via e-mail.
• A non-refundable deposit of the price of the first day of the stay is required. (If the guest makes a reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, no deposit is required.)

The deposit is equivalent to a confirmation of the reservation and must be paid within 7 days from the moment of the initial booking to the account number listed below

• The remaining due is payable on site prior to the scheduled departure date.
• In case of cancellation of the booked stay 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is 100% refunded. After this date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the length of stay is reduced 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of early departure from the hotel, on a date other than the one declared during the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Failure to use any benefit during the duration of your stay, as well as its shortening, does not result in a refund.
• The benefits included in the reservation are an integral whole and there is no possibility to make a separate valuation.
• The booker shall bear the costs of possible damage and malfunctions in the rooms.
